RETURN & WARRANTY INFORMATION

LIFETIME WARRANTY

Nobis products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the reasonable lifetime of the product. In the rare event the product has failed due to a manufacturing defect or component failure, we will repair the product without charge or replace at our discretion. If the exact style is no longer available, a product of equal value and styling will be provided as determined by our team. This warranty does not include repairs due to accidents, improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear. Please note that we advise against dry cleaning and that dry cleaning your outerwear will void the warranty. Original Proof of Purchase must be provided and all interior garment tags must be attached. Alterations or modifications made after purchase will void the warranty. Warranty is non-transferable. Please contact your original Authorized Retailer for any warranty inquiries. Customers are responsible for shipping items to Nobis, and Nobis will cover return shipping costs.

RETURN POLICY

Please note: We continue to navigate the COVID-19 situation together as a community and in order to give everyone the time they need to focus on their health and safety. As a safety precaution for our employees and partners, all packages will be handled seven days after receipt.

Please note all collaboration products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Holiday Return Policy: All orders placed from November 5, 2021 to December 6, 2021, are eligible for return or exchange until January 7, 2022. All orders placed on December 7, 2021 and after will follow our standard 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a complimentary return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all of the original tags attached. If you wish to initiate a return please click "Request a Return" and complete the form within 30 days of your purchase date. A pre-paid return label will be sent to you by our Customer Service team within two business days.
